Moldovan Man Scammed Out of 12,000 Euros and 47,900 Lei by Fake National Bank Employees
A man in Moldova was defrauded of 12,000 euros and 47,900 lei by scammers posing as employees of the National Bank of Moldova. Police documented six cases of fraud in the last 24 hours, totaling approximately 668,000 lei and 12,000 euros in damages.
