Moldova's Judiciary Council Dissatisfied with Justice Ministry's Judge Vetting Plan
Members of Moldova's Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) have expressed strong dissatisfaction with the Ministry of Justice's potential intention to implement external vetting for all first-instance judges. This plan was described as "a rather serious matter and an attack" by a CSM member.
