Montenegrin MP Criticizes Minister Joković Over Excise Tax Payments

Aleksandra Despotović, a Member of Parliament for the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in Montenegro, criticized Minister Vladimir Joković, stating that 'the history of Montenegro does not begin the day you sat in the armchair' regarding his presentation of excise tax payments.
