Montenegrin Official Đeljošaj Reiterates Resignation Threat Over School Director's Qualifications

Montenegrin official Đeljošaj has reiterated his intention to resign, and expects the Minister of Education and a school director to do the same, if the director's knowledge level is found to be insufficient, alleging public deception.
