Montenegrin Police Officer Arrested for Usury
A police officer in Nikšić and Herceg Novi, Montenegro, has been arrested on suspicion of usury, allegedly defrauding a victim of 160,000 euros. Authorities have disarmed the officer and confiscated his service badge.
