Montenegrin Supreme Court Rejects Appeal in Case Challenging Factual Findings

The Supreme Court of Montenegro has rejected a request for legal protection, ruling that the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office's claims essentially challenged the factual findings of lower courts, particularly regarding evidence assessment and conclusions on intent.
