Montenegro Agency Confirms Legality of State Support for Sea Dance Festival

Montenegro's Agency for Protection of Competition has issued a final decision confirming that state support for Exit's Sea Dance festival from 2014 to 2022 was fully compliant with the law, potentially paving the way for its return.

Agencija za zaštitu konkurencije Crne Gore donela je konačno rešenje kojim je potvrđeno da je podrška Exitovom Sea Dance festivalu u periodu od 2014. do 2022. godine bila u potpunosti u skladu sa zakonom. Time je, nakon trogodišnjeg postupka, zvanično potvrđeno ono na šta su organizatori festivala od početka ukazivali i isticali: da je Sea Dance poslovao zakonito i u skladu sa svim važećim propisima.
