Montenegro Airport Concession Fails Over €100 Million Advance

The final decision on the 2019 public tender for airport concessions in Montenegro will be made by the Parliament, as the executive branch was unwilling to award the concession to the second-ranked bidder, Corporation America Airports, due to its financial offer.
