Montenegro Considers Law Amendment for Non-Commercial Municipal Enterprises

The Community of Municipalities of Montenegro has submitted an amendment to the state Parliament on the Draft Law on the Management of State-Owned Enterprises. The amendment aims to enable the functioning of municipal companies that perform non-commercial activities.
