Montenegro Constitutional Court Rules Electricity Price Unlawful
Montenegro's Constitutional Court has declared unlawful a regulatory agency's decision on electricity prices that was in effect from 2019 to 2022, ruling that the regulator had an obligation to name a reference exchange but not to determine the months for calculating averages.
