Montenegro Geological Survey Initiates Review of Environmental Decisions

The Geological Survey of Montenegro has launched a procedure to re-examine decisions regarding environmental protection, stating that local self-government bodies lacked the authority to act in cases falling under the jurisdiction of the Environmental Protection Agency.
