Montenegro Government Proposes Law to Immediately Remove Domestic Abusers from Home
The Montenegrin government has established a draft law that expands the circle of protected persons, defines threats, stalking, financial deprivation, and communication restriction as violence, and allows police to prohibit an abuser from returning home for up to three days.
