Montenegro President Discusses Prevlaka Border Negotiations with Croatia

Montenegro's President Jakov Milatović stated on TV E that he believes Cape Oštro on the Prevlaka peninsula should belong to Montenegro in border negotiations with Croatia to protect the entrance to the Bay of Kotor.
