Montenegro Supreme Court Rules on Public Officials' Asset Declaration
Montenegro's Supreme Court determined that the Higher Misdemeanor Court incorrectly applied the law regarding public officials' obligation to submit annual asset and income reports. The Supreme Court affirmed that this obligation, due by the end of March for the previous year, is stipulated by both past and current anti-corruption laws.
