Montenegro's Judiciary Independence and Corruption Levels Remain Low
The European Commission has highlighted that the perception of judicial independence in Montenegro remains very low among citizens, while the perceived level of corruption in the public sector remains high, with concerns also raised about media influence from Serbian-owned companies.
