Motorcyclist Nearly Hits Child in Stroller and Flees in Czech Republic

Police are searching for a motorcyclist in Česká Lípa, Czech Republic, who nearly struck a two-year-old boy in a stroller while illegally passing a line of cars at a pedestrian crossing and then fled the scene.
