MTR Corp senior manager conned out of HK$74m by fraudster posing as HSBC UK staff

A senior manager at MTR Corporation has been conned out of HK$74 million (US$9.4 million) in a two year-long scam by a fraudster posing as an employee of HSBC UK, who lured the victim into investing in green bonds. Police said they had received a report from a 59-year-old man who alleged that he had been scammed.
