New Catheter Method Offers Faster, Gentler Treatment for Pulmonary Embolism
Researchers at the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague have found that a catheter-based method for treating pulmonary embolism is faster and gentler on patients, requiring only one-fifth of the medication dose used in older procedures.
