New Mercedes C-Class will not bring back V8 to the most powerful AMG variant

Mercedes has confirmed that the V8 engine will not return to the AMG C63, despite previous announcements that V8 engines would remain in production. The current C63 will retain its 4-cylinder plug-in hybrid powertrain due to business logic.
