New Rules for Legal Aid to Asylum Seekers in Greece
New rules have been introduced in Greece for the free legal guidance of asylum seekers, stipulating that only lawyers, not NGOs, can provide this service. A fee of 250 euros will be paid when someone opts for voluntary departure, aiming for a more organized and controlled framework for the initial administrative process.
