New Zealand Approves MDMA for Severe PTSD Treatment

New Zealand’s medicines regulator has officially approved the use of MDMA to treat severe post-traumatic stress disorder, making it one of the first countries to grant such authorization. Initially, only two licensed psychiatrists will be permitted to administer the therapy under strict clinical guidelines.
