NHAI Imposes ₹10,000 Penalty for Ambulance Delays, Sets One-Hour Hospital Limit

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has revised its norms, setting a one-hour limit for accident victims to reach the nearest hospital and imposing a ₹10,000 penalty for every delay in ambulance services.
