NHRC notice to I&B ministry, CBFC over 'vulgar, double-meaning' lyrics in 'Sarke Chunar' song

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) regarding the 'vulgar and double-meaning' lyrics featured in the song 'Sarke Chunar' from a film.
