Nigerian IGP Cracks Down on Police Brutality, Retrains Officers

Nigeria's Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has initiated a crackdown on police brutality, leading to the retraining of 1,068 constables in Uyo as part of efforts to reform the force.
