Niš Politician Dragoslav Ćirković Receives Threats Over Srebrenica Memorial Photo
Dragoslav Ćirković, co-chairman of the citizens' group "Niš, moj grad," received insults and threats after publishing a photograph on July 11th. The photo showed him laying a flower at a monument to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide on its 31st anniversary.
