Stanovnici niške opštine Pantelej blokirali su danas na jedan sat raksrnicu Bulevara Svetog Pantelejmona i ulice Kosovke devojke u znak protesta zbog najavljene izgradnje železničke obilaznice u tom delu Niša. Građani su zatražili da međunarodna pruga ne prolazi tim delom grada i istakli da bi time bili ugroženi životi i budućnost njihove dece i njih.
