NLEX toll collection resumes as lanes in Tulaoc & San Simon, Pampanga open

MANILA, Philippines — The North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) on Wednesday afternoon resumed collecting toll for vehicles travelling in Pulilan, Bulacan and San Fernando, Pampanga.
