Norway Directs State Enterprises to Fly Flags at Half-Mast Until After Funeral

The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued instructions for all state-owned companies to lower their flags to half-staff starting today, raising them fully only after the conclusion of the state funeral.
