Norway Inaugurates New Government Quarter 15 Years After Breivik Attack
Norway has officially opened its new government quarter, nearly 15 years after the devastating 2011 terror attack by Anders Behring Breivik. Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre stated that the country is rebuilding after the terror, much like it rebuilt after the war.
