Nova Scotia Woman Convicted of Daughter's Murder Gets Extended Day Parole

Penny Boudreau, a Nova Scotia woman who strangled her daughter to death, has been granted an additional six months of day parole. The parole board noted her "clear progress" as she works towards paid employment and builds new skills.
