Ombudsman Remulla Advocates Stricter COC Rules in Philippines

Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla is pushing for stricter screening of political aspirants in the Philippines, urging the Commission on Elections to require candidates to declare under oath that they have no conflict of interest in their certificate of candidacy.
