Ombudsman Warns Underfunded Tusla Cannot Meet Surging Demand

Ireland's ombudsman, Niall Muldoon, warns that an underfunded Tusla will be unable to cope with the increasing demand for its services, despite Ireland's opportunity to lead on children's rights during its EU council presidency.
