Orano and XTC Break Ground on Battery Component Factory in Dunkerque

French and Chinese partners Orano and XTC have laid the first stone for a 500 million euro factory in Dunkerque, fulfilling a 'Choose France' promise made three years prior. The plant will produce essential battery components to supply mega-factories in the region.
