Organised Labour in Ghana has pledged support for the establishment of the Income and Productivity Commission (IPEC), with the Labour Minister emphasizing dialogue as key to its successful implementation. The Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) is consulting with labour groups on the transition to IPEC.

Organised Labour has assured the government of its commitment to actively participate in establishing the Independent Public Emoluments Commission (IPEC). The Secretary-General of the Trades Union Congress (TUC), Joshua Ansah, made the pledge on behalf of the group during a two-day stakeholder engagement in Accra.
