Ornikar Acquires En Voiture Simone, Consolidating French Online Driving School Market

Ornikar, France's leading online driving school, is set to acquire its main competitor, En Voiture Simone. The merger of the two companies, both founded in 2013, will create an entity with nearly €145 million in revenue and 14% of the French driving school market.
