Ostrov Launches Starter Apartment Program for Young Adults

The town of Ostrov in the Karlovy Vary region is launching a program of starter apartments for young people under 35, with allocation based on criteria other than rent, which is fixed at 100 crowns per square meter.

Město Ostrov na Karlovarsku spouští v polovině června program startovacích bytů pro mladé do 35 let. Řekl to starosta Pavel Čekan (nez., zvolen za Místní). O přidělení nerozhodne výše nájmu, který je pevně stanoven na 100 korun za metr čtvereční, ale bodový systém hodnocení zájemců.
