Ottawa Adds Retired Judge Corrine Sparks to Diversity Council After Pushback
Ottawa has appointed retired judge Corrine Sparks, the first Nova Scotian of African descent to be appointed to the province's judiciary, to its Advisory Council on Rights, Equality and Inclusion following criticism over its initial membership.
