Over 100 teams register for Hungary's Tiszacsege Catfish Paprikash Festival

More than a hundred cooking teams have signed up for the annual catfish paprikash competition held on the banks of the Tisza River. The event celebrates traditional Hungarian cuisine and local fishing heritage.
