PACE Retains Chechen Politician Who Justified Honor Killings on Russian Opposition Platform
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has decided to keep Chechen politician Ruslan Kutaev, who previously justified honor killings, on a Russian opposition platform despite temporary suspension.
