PAGASA monitors two low pressure areas as southwest monsoon weakens

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is tracking two low pressure areas outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, with one causing scattered rain in Northern Luzon.
