Pangasinan braces for floods as San Roque Dam releases water

CALASIAO, Pangasinan – The San Roque Multipurpose Dam in San Manuel is scheduled to open one gate at 5 p.m. on Wednesday because its water level reached 275. 45 meters above sea level, prompting flood-stricken Pangasinan to brace for the worst.  Its current elevation is 4.55 meters shy of San Roque’s spilling level of 280
