Philippine OVP Confirms No Official Receipts for Medical Expenses Under Confidential Funds

Gina Acosta, special disbursing officer for the Philippine Office of the Vice President (OVP), confirmed that there are no official receipts for medical expenses covered by confidential funds. Prosecutor Amando Virgul Ligutan questioned the confidentiality of such purchases.
