Philippines Aims for South China Sea Code of Conduct by End-2026
The Philippines' Department of Foreign Affairs chief, Ma. Theresa Lazaro, stated that Manila is targeting an end-2026 deadline for a South China Sea code of conduct and will not accept a weak agreement outside UNCLOS.
