MANILA, Philippines — Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao has returned to public service after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appointed him as the lead convenor of the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) with a rank of Cabinet secretary. Pacquiao, 47, is scheduled to take his oath before Marcos at Malacañang on Tuesday, according to the Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
