Philippines Urges UN to Reaffirm UNCLOS as Oceans Charter

Ahead of the 10th anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award, the Philippines has called on members of the United Nations and the international community to reaffirm the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) as the foundational charter for oceans.
