PiS Leader Jarosław Kaczyński Signs Party Loyalty Declaration

Jarosław Kaczyński, leader of Poland's Law and Justice (PiS) party, has signed a declaration of party membership, according to party spokesperson Rafał Bochenek. Bochenek also commented on the failure of talks between Kaczyński and Mateusz Morawiecki, citing reasons for their lack of success.
