Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant Ash and Slag to Remain at Maljevac Landfill for Years

Coal combustion products from the Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant will continue to be deposited at the old Maljevac landfill for several more years before being relocated to Šumane, with millions of tons already accumulated over 30 years.
