Plzeň Region Sees Slight Drop in Timber Harvesting, Remains Second Highest in Czech Republic
Timber harvesting in the Plzeň Region reached 2.2 million cubic meters last year, a two percent decrease from the previous year. Despite the slight decline, the region remains the second-largest timber producer in the Czech Republic.
