PNG Treasurer Presents 2026 Supplementary Budget Focused on Fuel Relief and Climate Aid

The Papua New Guinea Treasurer has tabled the 2026 supplementary budget in Parliament, allocating the largest share to a fuel assistance package while addressing El Niño recovery and rising debt interest costs.

Treasurer Ian Ling-Stuckey largest is fuel assistance K539million, the second largest is El Nino with K500 and Debt Interest with K300million.
