Poland Considers New Road Sign for Smartphone-Distracted Pedestrians

The Institute of Civic Affairs has appealed to the Ministry of Infrastructure for a new triangular road sign featuring black silhouettes of people looking at mobile phones on a yellow background. The organization also proposes a pilot program and campaign.
